Your Impact Matters
Our Field Service Engineers hold a crucial role, performing essential service tasks on vital power equipment at customer sites. Their dedication consistently leads to exceptional customer satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Your Role
This is predominantly a field-based role where you will be required to travel to customer sites primarily across Hampshire. When you are not working on customer sites, you will be based at the workshop located in Fareham.
Using your engineering skills, you will carry out routine servicing and maintenance on generators for both scheduled service work and remedial/repair work. You will resolve any issues when on customer sites while ensuring all aspects of their standby power systems continue to work. When you are not onsite, you will assist the team with technical knowledge to source suitable products for recommended works.
What You Bring
You will have practical electrical experience as well as some mechanical/engineering experience, preferably generator related. Ideally, you will have an in-depth understanding of diesel generators and demonstrable experience working with commercial power generators.
A Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to obtain Police Vetting are essential. Please be aware that for Police Vetting to be obtained, applicants must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
