This is a fixed-term role (6-9 months) created to provide continuity and support during a period of absence in our leadership team.

Role
We are looking for someone organised and proactive to oversee the day-to-day work of our small Operational Support Team.
This role is fully office-based and focuses on ensuring customer orders are progressed accurately and on time, while supporting the team to stay on track with their tasks. You will also maintain oversight of scheduling and help keep our service delivery running smoothly within Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day oversight and support to the Servicing, Sales, and Materials Coordinators
- Monitor Sales Orders to ensure updates, workflows, and dependencies in D365 are accurate and timely
- Maintain the Schedule Board and plan resources efficiently to meet customer expectations
- Check statuses and related entities across the system to keep end-to-end processes aligned
- Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex problems where needed
- Suggest small improvements that support team efficiency and customer experience
- Help maintain accurate documentation and timeline notes across relevant records
Skills & Experience
- Experience supervising or supporting a small team in an office environment
- Experience coordinating service delivery, operational workflows, or administrative processes
- Strong organisational skills and clear communication
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to follow structured processes and keep systems accurate
Bonus Points
- Experience with D365 Field Service or similar platforms
- ISO/quality compliance experience
- Familiarity with permits, PPE, or site access requirements
- Project or work order coordination experience
Details
- Salary: Up to £30k DOE
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (40h/week)
- Contract: Fixed Term (6 to 9 months) with potential to extend
